By using Monetifans, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Agreement. Monetifans reserves the right to modify this Agreement at any time, without prior notice. Any changes to this Agreement will be effective immediately upon posting on the Monetifans website. Your continued use of Monetifans after any changes to this Agreement will constitute your acceptance of the modified terms and conditions.

As a creator on Monetifans, you are responsible for the content you post on the platform. You agree to not post any content that is unlawful, defamatory, obscene, harassing, or otherwise objectionable. You also agree to not post any content that infringes on any third-party rights, including copyright, trademark, privacy, or publicity rights.

You must be 18 years or older to use Monetifans. If you are under the age of 18, you are not permitted to use Monetifans.

Creators on Monetifans receive a percentage of the revenue generated from their content. Monetifans takes a percentage of the revenue as a fee for providing the platform and payment processing services. The fee percentage may vary depending on the payment method used.

Monetifans reserves the right to terminate your access to the platform at any time, without prior notice, for any reason or no reason at all. You may also terminate your use of Monetifans at any time by deleting your account.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Monetifans, its affiliates, and their respective directors, officers, employees, and agents, from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs or debt, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney's fees) arising from your use of Monetifans, your content, or your violation of this Agreement.

Monetifans is provided "as is" and without warranty of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory. Monetifans specifically disclaims any and all warranties, including without limitation any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Monetifans will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, including but not limited to damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of Monetifans or the platform, or from any content posted on the platform.

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Monetifans is located. Any disputes arising out of or related to this Agreement or your use of Monetifans shall be resolved through binding arbitration in the jurisdiction in which Monetifans is located.

This Agreement, together with the Monetifans Privacy Policy, constitutes the entire agreement between you and Monetifans with respect to your use of the platform, and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous communications and proposals, whether oral or written, between you and Monetifans.
